Frost and any fog will clear this morning and all areas will be dry with sunny spells for a time. However, cloud will increase from the north and outbreaks of light rain will develop in Ulster and Connaught during the afternoon and evening. Light, variable winds will become northwest, light to moderate. Remaining cool; highest temperatures 7 to 10 degrees Celsius.
