Weather in Brief
It will remain cold and dry in the east on Saturday morning, with frost and fog lingering for a time as well as icy patches. In the west the rain and drizzle will become widespread and it will gradually extend to eastern areas during the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 5 or 6 degrees in the north and east, 8 or 9 in the west and southwest in mainly light southerly winds.
