Weather in Brief
Tonight won't be as cold as recent nights, with many parts of the country staying frost-free. Lowest temperatures will range 0 to + 5 C, coldest in the south. Ulster, Connacht and north Leinster will be generally cloudy at first, with scattered light showers or patches of rain moving southwards during the evening or night - but will become clearer and mainly dry from the north overnight, with just a few isolated coastal showers, and with a slight frost towards dawn in some inland areas. Munster and south Leinster will stay largely or completely dry overnight, just perhaps a little rain later - with widespread clear skies at first and a sharp frost in places, but with cloudier weather extending southwards to most parts as the night goes on and frost largely clearing.
